Default serial small servo controller app

hey pimps i have a request for help in the area of coding. what i need is fairly simple and i already have a VB 5.0 tutorial for what i need.....for the most part.

what i have: an animatronic creature that runs off of a 16 servo controller board that uses the serial port, a graduation with portfolio review on march 24th, and some crappy free sowtware that barely works and only records position, not X position over X ammount of time, and the ability to make an image/images for the interface.

what i need: a program that uses 16 sliders ranging from 0-254 (127 being center position), selection of COMM1/COMM2 ports, 9600 baud rate, the ability to record a sequence of movements and save them to recall later .

the ideal end result would be the ability to record in real-time (streaming movement along with music) or visually (timeline of WAV file with visual indicator of direction/degree/length of movements of each individual servo).

well if any of you pimps are up to the task please let me know ASAP there isnt really any good software out there for animatronic applications most of them are for robots which move point to point. in return i can offer laser cutting/etching services, CAD/3D modelling, flash animation, graphic design, and possibly machining....or we can work whatever is fair out. i have included a few links to existing software and a tutorial for VB 5.0 on creating position sliders. thanks pimps, later,

Lyquid

yeah actually it is a PIC controller. i can send you scans of the diagram if you want or here is the link to the controller i have which has a PDF manual linked on the page. just as an additional note the option of realtime position recording with sliders would be the best for this application.
