| OK ive got it open, but I can't see any other content other than the main page for the buttons to jump to. Where are the other frames? EDIT: Nm, found it. Right, it looks to me like you need to have the buttons in the actual 'content' movie clip. At the moment, you have the buttons in a separate movie clip from the frames you want to jump to. Try including the buttons into the 'content' movie clip. Once they are all on the same timeline, you can use the 'Behavior' window (Windows > Behavior) to set the buttons to go to whatever frame in the 'content' movie clip you wish. Get the behavior window up then go, + > MovieClip > Goto & stop at frame or label. Hope that makes sense. Last edited by Dex; 23-November-07 at 11:28 AM. | ||

| lol this is my first time using flash and i have no idea what your sayin. but dont worry i had a friend from work look at it he said there was a stop() missing in one of my action script layers, he fixed that but now im having problems when i do my scaling in the website, i think ill just make the stage the same size as the viewing resolution for 1024x768 viewers. thanks for your help, i guess if i didnt blab about flash to a guy at work, you woud have been the knight in shining armour since the main point of this website is to show to the university selectors that i have engineering skills. thanks again | ||
