I got an offer tonight to for an SG merger with Freedom H.E.R.O.E.S.
Since there's barely any of us playing in PR Republic now, I was thinking it might be a good idea to take it. Its pretty much just Rob and myself playing now with the occasional login for the others. We can keep PR Republic for alts I guess.

Nah, if you want to hop over, I imagine that would be o.k. with me. I know that GK and FG come on every once in a while, but for me, I'm only going to play this game until I get one each of the five basic ATs up to lvl 50. I'm gonna start my DDO Beta this weekend (so that way I get two weekends of play in before release) and if it turns out to be as great as I think it's going to be, then I might not stick around CoH that long.

Can prestige be traded? If so, you can have all of mine (also the salvage).

unfortunately, prestige sticks with the sg.

GK and Froggie logged in today while I was on and they said they were fine with the sg move so i'm going to take care of that today. if you want to hop on over to the other sg too, just send me a pm here or post in here.

I'm still negotiating with him to get myself base edit permission since i'm gonna need it to be able to convert all the salvage i buy into components whenever i need. looking at their base it looks like they went more for looks than for function so i'm gonna have to talk to them about it.

I don't know...I don't think that I'm going to switch over and that's for a couple of reasons...

First, I don't want to be "ordered" around. What I mean by that is adhering to a supergroup's rules that you must wear certain colors if you team up with other non-SG players or that you have to play in SG mode to get the prestige. Worse of all, I don't want to be forced to log in every three days to keep my status or get booted.

Secondly, I don't want to feel obligated to people that I don't personally know. For exampe, if I don't feel like teaming with other players, I don't want to see a message pop up saying that the SG is in dire need of my certain type of archtype so I have to go team with them. With the three arch-types that I'm raising now (tank, empath defender, and empath troller), I'll be in high demand for teaming so I'm not worried about that.

I realize that this SG may be different than what I described, but I don't even want to open up the possibility of something like that happening. I'm pretty comfortable just logging on and doing my own thing. If you want to keep the coalition thing going, that's cool and if any of them want to put me on their global friends list, that's cool, too.

I think that I'll just have to pass for now. You can still have all my salvage, though.

EDIT: Forgot to mention...if they want some forum space, send them an invite and tell them that they are more than welcome to hang out here and discuss their supergroup stuff.

i'm not even sure if i'm going to stick with them for now. unless i can get some base edit privileges anyways. i still need to talk to them about that. plus i don't think they've looked into the base thing very closely so hopefully i can influence them to change their ways to be more efficient.

anyways, i'm gonna keep a bunch of my other toons in PR for now until i'm going to move over for sure

little update. they're going to make me the base crafter. going to move my toons over to theirs.

Also, I was wondering if you wanted to farm some DE Eminators this weekend in Eden. They fixed it in the patch today and my tank needs that badge.

sure, i might even exemp down to your level. need some prestige for the new sg . ..

saw the sg Pain of One advertising so i talked to them. they're all active and respond a lot better than that other sg i tried out. it also turns out that there's a lot of toons in the sg that I already know from hami raids or teaming so another plus. they don't got much room so i'm keeping all but a couple of my toons with PR republic.
