Uberw00t Supergroup Base

Okay I just have a couple questions about our new base.

How do you pay rent on the base?
Why does our base only have one room?
How do you use salvages in the base?
What can our supergroup use our base for?
How can I contribute?

I'd advise getting ahold of Enko in game. I've given all my salvage to him to get it started. I've also started the CoH base; however, it takes an ENORMOUS amount of prestige to get one up and running. You start off with a simple room where you teleport into. Just to add one single room to the base cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 300,000 prestige.

Yeah.

Since I hardly log into CoV (being a villain just ain't my thing), I've given all my stuff to Enko since he seems pretty up on it.

we dont' have enough prestige to get a working base started. to begin with, you need at least 3 rooms: 1 control, 1 power, and then one more that can have a function. currently we only have enough prestige to build the control and power rooms but not the third so no point in building it yet.
it would be helpful if you stay in SG mode until around 25. you don't start losing lots of infamy until around there. at level 28, you lose half of your infamy to prestige. I turned off SG mode when I reached 110k and I noticed I was losing infamy so if everyone who's playing could stay in SG mode until you reach 100k prestige, that would be immensely helpful in getting the base up and running. once we get a workshop up, it would be best to keep all of our salvage on one person at least until we get a safe up and running and we can just leave stuff there. this will make crafting stuff easier so hopefully we'll be able to get some items of power.

Alas, i leave that to the rest of you folks. Unless someone shoots me an IM/PM, i don't log on anymore. The new changes ( i5 + ED) killed my enjoyment of the game.

i'm almost to level 40 and got all my enhancements to 40s so i'll be entering full sg mode soon. i've been gathering infamy to feed to the lower toons since prestige earnings don't scale for levels as does infamy. it will be better overall if i get infamy for the sg since i get more at higher levels and then just hand it out to the lower levels since we all get the same amount of prestige at every level.
