found this guy on my team when i created a new alt and went to sewers to level. said he just logged back in one day and he had four powersets.

Hum...I'm almost curious as to what his powers screen looked like when he leveled to the next even level. Did you actually see him use powers from all four powersets? If not, then it just might be a bug....or, he's a hack.

i saw him using martial arts moves and sword moves at different times. he also had toggles from different powersets on.
