Case noise need help ASAP

I have:

4 - 80mm case fans
1 - Dragon Orb
2- PSU fans

and all these fans and drives are driving me nuts for noise!

Any advise as to how I can insulate my case and reduce noise significantly??

all advise is apreciated, however I'm not interested in buying a new cpu fan/heatsink, I'm only interested in insulating and reducing noise.

I used Bitumen 5 mm to insulate my case.
It's normally used in cars for the same purpose.

Anyway, didn't do a huge difference except in weight but it did reduce noise and vibrations to some extent and it wasn't particularly expensive.
