Default Skyhawk modding Or stupid zakit and his lazyness

Well I was stupid and left this skyhawk sit here all summer, I have finally decided to mod it.

I wanna do some preformance modding, but also want to add some cool looking stuff, with out a window.

I figure an LCD in a drive bay (got a 16x2 sitting here) and more fan mounts, with 1 or 2 door fans, (92mm) and a blowhole (120mm)

I also wanna get rid of the front lcd panel that is soooo annoying. But it would leave a ~105x115mm hole. maybe a bezel window?

The case is in good condition, just needs a HDD cut out of it (stripped out screw)

Any objections? Opinions?

Also, as far as hole cutting with a dremel, is it worth trying? anybody get good results with it? or should i just get a hole saw, i'd have to stick with only one of the measurements then... hole saws are damn expensive!

I believe the trick to dremelling a hole is to work the inside edge and plan on plenty of time with the round file - a trade of sweat and time for the expense and speed of the hole saw.

Having never actually used my dremel tho' , wait for someone who has actually done it to verify my advice.

I have used a dremel to cut out different complex designs, and the advice I can give you is to go SLOW, be EASY and if possible practice a bit with similar or same meterial, such as play around with the dremel in the inner part of the circle area to be cut out.
