Default how to take off paint?

i have the cooler master cavalier, and i changed the plexi window right when i got it, and ditched the original window. well now my plexi broke, and im gonna temporaryly use the stock window. thing is, i wanna know how to take the words off the stock window. if anyone has a coolermaster case with a window they should know what im talking about. its some kinda of baked on stuff. and ideas on how to take it off?

powder coat? jasco paint and epoxy stripper. or any methylene chloride based paint stripper. the jasco gel is just really common and lets you take off more stuff than something like the duplicolor spray on stripper. ie in terms of quantity. remember, it remove everything. including flesh.

if your talking about the cooloer master letters on the acrylic, that's not coming off. you can try to pull it with denatured alcohol or goof off if it's a decal.

I'd be careful with that. Acetone is a plastic solvent and although certain plastics aren't affected by it, some are with devastating effects. I'm not sure what type of plastic the stock window is, but in my experience case windows are quite often made of softer plastic than acrylic, probably styrene, that can be cheaply molded to shape in mass quantities, unlike acrylic or polycarbonate which is usually cut after being formed in a sheet.

In any case, I'd start out with Goof-Iff as previously suggested, or "Ooops!", another similar remover. I've had good success with them.

Other things to try: Denatured alcohol, Novus plastic polish, a new piece of acrylic.

Edit: You may also want to try the Sugar Trick.
