Default ok i think its time

ok heres the deal. its been a while since ive posted anything due to the fact i had to do my GCSE exams here in england which i took at the beginning of summer. i got my results and i passed with flying colours well anyway im plannin on getting a new case and maybe upgrading some of my components because they are starting to get a litle dated. i want a case that is a cross between an antec p180 and a thermaltake tsnami. i want it to be really quiet but also look cool. i have been looking around but cant really find anytihng so if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated my current set up is a asus a8n-sli deluxe, amd 64 3500+, 1 gig of ram, 6600gt xfx and i want to upgrade most of these parts except maybe my motherboard but because of how much of my time was wasted studying i didnt have time to focus on what was really important........which was any new developments in the pc world so if you can give me anyadvie for what to look for it would really help me out.........thanks

Maybe go for a 3800 X2, another gig of ram & 7900GS or X1900GT thats with keeping your current mobo & a budget of around £300, but your current 6600GT is still good enough to play the current top games so keeping that will reduce the cost by £150 +/- which could be spent on a case.
Other than that it's a new mobo, cpu (conroe) & DDR2 ram which'll come to about £500 +/- without a decent graphics card & case.

As far as cases are concerned, the only one I can think of that is close to combining those 2 cases is the NZXT Lexa. It isn't REAL quiet stock (although it has 3 x 120mm fans) but isn't loud either. I imagine if you put the case fans on a baybus you could really lower the noise assuming your CPU fan isn't too loud.
