Any way to make cold cathodes "pulse"?

Well I was playing a lil NSFU and got inspired by the pulsating neon under the cars.

Is there any program maybe, or any other way that can make normal cold cathodes for PCs pulse?

Yuo could use this light controller.
Check the link, it shows it working with cathodes

Most cold cathode kits come with an inverter and light controller.Switch on pci slot for either always on on sound activated.Jo

Ohh.. I was hoping for a free program that does this. I'm too cheapskate lol.

I'll see if they sell it here, and if it is cheap I'll consider buying it.

if you PM twizted he might be able to make you a meter for this, i think its all hardware based, where youd need hardware with software to do anything from your PC

but if you cant get a hold of twizted, goto Dragonmodz.net and send them a message theyll do it for you

Flexiglow made this. This is what i use to make my neons pulse. it works well if you locate it in the right place.
