You know what? That is not a stupid question, if there is a demand for them he might have them made.

Man, those look fantastic! Let's see... I can order some blowholes to go with those... no, wait, sold out... what about handles? Nope, those are gone too. Man!

Sorry, Bill, just had to give you a hard time. Do you machine those yourself, or have a shop do them? They are truly beautiful.

I agree. There may be as much call for them as 5.25 with fewer and fewer people using their 3.5 bays for drives.

Exactly Lokie and HoJo, if I didn't have a 3.5" card reader mine would likely be used for a fan and/or light bus.

I'm glad you guys like them!

Sure, 3.5" could be made. I'll have to wait and see how these move first.

Thats what I'll call Heavy Metal. Yea, I've considered it as a HTPC.

I'm also envisioning a SFF type cube that I can manufacturer. It will accept standard ATX PSU with top mounted retractable LCD screen. Some type of carry handle. This would be alum panels, a billet case would be too expensive.

lol, no prb! Yes, it appears I can never make enough to meet demand.

I do the designs and contract different local machinists to manufacturer them. The cost of aluminum changes like the stock market. My material cost maybe a lot higher than my last production run. As mnpctech grows and generates more revenue. I can place larger material orders and inventory larger quanities. I call it growing pains, but I'm learning how to negotiate and buy smarter.

Negotiating is easy Bill. You walk in, ask to speak to the owner of the shop, and simply say:

"Listen here. Yous is gonna make deeze here parts for me and my boys for 10% less than you woulds charge anyone else. And da reason yous is gonna do it is 'cause my friends Louis and Ralwing will get very upset if ya don't. And you don't want to see dem upset, trust me"

Of course, it helps if you can pull off the brooklyn accesnt and have two large goons stnading behind you with a Louisville Slugger and Rawlings baseball bats...

Oh, and they look great.

awesome work Bill, I'd like to see a triple bay cover with a vent or duct for a 120mm fan but thats far down the road, these are more demanding than that

now for the case that would be sweet a cube SFF case couldn't be beat I'm glad i got some of those vandale prrof switchs too, i havent looked but im sure they sold quick

I'm a really big fan of your work Bill, but as computerking said as well as you doing it yourself is just so much more fun and rewarding
