| Welcome to the apex! pcApex that is. Why not get a cheep case and hack away at it until its F'd up then do it all over again for practice? You may find that the next one WILL look better than the last. There are plenty of tutes here on the pcApex and several MASTA MODERS as well. And I'm prety sure if you asked a question or two those MAD MODERS would be willing to help. Its more of a challange, it teaches skills, it awards pride, it teaches patients too when you DIY. But hey mnpctech would do you fine job I'm sure. | ||

He's easy to get in touch with - first read this: http://www.mnpctech.com/FAQ.html Bearing in mind that he's a pro modder and that he does arguably some of the best work out there - is charges and a contact link are listed here: http://www.mnpctech.com/ordering.html (go with MNPCTech - he's great to deal with and won't disappoint) ![]() | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 80 degrees farenheit is not hot. 80 degrees celcius on the other hand is very very very hot for a computer. Your computer should be off before it gets to that point. If you want your case modded, mnpctech is the way to go. | ||

| My personal opinions, nothing more... Yes, Bill will do a kick-ass job for you each and every time, but that's what he does for a living, so expect to compensate him for his time, and that will be before he ships the case back to you (unless he has started doing cases for free, in which case mine is first, ya hear?) While some folks do take some measure of pride in owning a machine that has been tricked out by the best and the brightest, the rest of us who can't normally afford to pay someone else to do it for us draw the core of the pride in our boxes from the fact that we did this or that to it ourselves... Much like a gearhead who rebuilds his vintage '57 Chevy from the ground up, instead of buying a kit or paying a mechanic... Something doesn't smell quite right here, maybe it's just me... I would not be willing to ship my box off to just anyone, even those who might reputedly be trustworthy, and especially since you're trying to draw your help from a forum that you just recently joined... On the other hand, if one of our members lives near you, perhaps they could meet with you, give you some pointers, help you out, etc. I think that would be the best course of action for all concerned... Good luck and again, welcome to PCA. | ||
