To cut plexi I think that a jig saw would work. Just make sure you dont go to fast for you might melt it.(assuming you have or can borrow a jigsaw) Joe

Home Depot, Lowes, etc. My advice is buy 2 pieces of plexi, just in case you break one. I hate having to buy stuff twice.

You can cut both acrylic (ie: plexi-glass) and glass panels exactly the same way if you're cutting only straight lines. For acrylic, use either a really sharp (read: new blade) box cutter, exacto knife, or acrylic cutting blade to make your cuts. Score all your lines using a clamped down straight edge -- make a deep notch but cutting many times. Then, snap off the pieces, keeping the part of the acrylic you want under a wooden board that is clamped to a work bench. For glass, you'll need to use a glass cutter and have a little more patience. For both, be sure to wear safety glasses and gloves. Here's an example, except don't make the snap this way (use a table with a straight edge and put a straight edge or board on top before snapping)... ![]() Also, ask Lowes, Home Depot, or where ever you go if they have scap pieces of acrylic panels they'll sell or give you so you can practice. Often places that cut the acrylic for customers will have left over pieces.

lol ya it was a small window, and from my view i can see much on the inside. But this was my only functioning computer thats mine and if i ruined it, it would have been a tradgety for me so im glad my side panel isnt a metal mess. Still i need some more lighting its preety dark in there.
