I don't get it, is the Roadrunner Dodge or Plymouth?

How about this for the right side?

Plymouth, Dodge, Chrysler, DeSoto <--- all Chrysler Corp division names. Dodge and Plymouth shared a lot of the same platforms on many things with model name and option variations... neither was better than the other. But the name RoadRunner goes to the Plymouth line. They also paid Warner Brothers a hefty amount of money to use the name and licensed the right to make the horn go "meep meep."

I can draw the Plymouth RoadRunner logo to this day blindfolded.

Yes - I think they all came with the cross-ram style intakes too. Heck - they even put elephants into A-body Darts one year. Hemis came in anything worth owning.

But I'm still right. Dodge = Plymouth. Anyway, I want to go with a green case with black striping.

Other than a few cosmetics, Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth are the same. All use the same parts, drivetrain, etc. In fact the Dodge Charger, Same car as the Roadrunner.
Never was much difference in Pontiac,Chevy, Olds,or Buick either. Other than the engine and body style.
Now days they all use the same engines too.

How about a Super Bee theme

I love the '70 Roadrunner Superbird... but then again, anything with a Hemi was worth owning, as was previously stated.

The logo you showed is used on the '70 Superbird's wing and nose, one of the most easily recognized muscle cars ever.

Actually, that's not a good analogy, as Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth all used the same engines, while GM's cars didn't... before 1980 all Chevy, BOP (Buick, Olds, Pontiac) and Cadillacs used different lines of engines. Though Pontiac and Chevy both made a 350, they were actually different motors.

Sheesh... never mind! I love disseminating information about musclecars. Hope it comes out nicely.

Nice case, one thing is for sure about that case you will be definitely sticking out of the crowd with that color.

Well actually you're still wrong. If you want to be technical Dodge and Plymouth = Chrysler. If you try to mix elements of Dodge and Plymouth, don't be suprised that you'll be laughed at. They're their own divisions - don't start getting crazy ideas about having Dodge anything on a Plymouth RoadRunner.

ADD: For us Mopar folks - yes the Pontiac/Chevy analogy is right. We'd puke a little to see a Skat-Pack mixed Rapid Transit System vehicle.

That's why I posted the thread. I don't know crap about cars, especially when it comes to a certain year or model. Hopefully all the knowledge you possess can help me bang it out with all elements coming together.

And here's the car I'm gonna model it after.

I want to copy this on top of the case. Anyone know how I can get the hood scoop look?

Now that's a Super Bee based on a Dodge Charger. The Plymouth Road Runner was the Chargers sister car. The same is true of the Dodge Challenger and the Plymouth Baracuda.

EDIT: Are you going to paint the case Sublime green? Another good color would be Plum Crazy purple. Assuming you like purple.
