Front panel audio

I don't have an old case to steal one from and I cannot find a front panel audio jack with the headphone out and mic in. I know I could replace my media card reader and use one with everything imaginable, but it works great and theres no sense in replacing what aint broke. My A8nSLI is uppose to support front panel audio, but my case did not. Anyone know where I could buy this little front plate and cable?

Those are cool, but I need just the audio panel like most cases have. I've got hard drives and fans stuck in every oriface. I guess I could replace my card reader with another that has audio i/o, but I was hoping to get just an audio panel that I could mod into the bezel. Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated.

You could buy the Silverstone kit, disassemble it for the ports and cables, and use the parts in a mod resembling the one in escarface's linked guide.
