ant farm window

I saw it on the screen savers and wondered if any of you guys have ever tried it. If you have I would like pics!

Haha might be coo with some big red fire ants. Better yet army ants and have it so you can stick other insects in there so you can watch them get eaten. yea i'm a bit morbid at times. I'm trying to get my friend to use the bones of his Pirhana in a mod when it dies

I don't think it would be wise to try it. I had an ant farm once. Gotta use special ants so you don't gt eaten alive, gotta make sure you got a queen, if she dies-SOL ant farm. Not only tha, but the construction of the window wouldbe a difficult proposition to say the least.

Now with all that said, when do we see this ant farm window?

Why is it that the only thing I can envision is that episode of the Simpsons where Homer is in Sapce and breaks the glass of the ant farm which releases the ants get into the Spaceship computers and everything shorts out?

Somewhat fortuitous, I'm sure.

Im not making an ant farm window, I wus just wondering if any one has ever made one, and on the screen savers they had one to model and they said that the ants really dont seem to mind the heat, but the only down side is that the ants only last 3-4 weeks.
