Need a Clue.

I'm wanting to cut my side panel, but I don't want some vanilla window. I want something that is sweet, but I don't thnk I can pull of any intricate dremelling just yet. I do have the long flexible shaft for my dremel that lets me use it like a pen. I was thinking of lightning, and putting in a yellow or white CCL inside, and set it so that it flashes to sound or HDD activity. That way it would look like lightning...any ideas?

cut out lightning bolts,put in the plexi,that way it WOULD be lightning....

OR do a cloud shape cut out on top with clouds and lightning frosted into the window

little strobes on the lightning bolts. or real lightning with one of those argon filled tubes

Lokies' got a good idea there, then double up the boltz with thicker plexi and put the bright white leds in the edge of them
that would make for a "shocking" display of boltzzzzzz

Use one big sheet of plexi behind multiple "Torn" rips in the side-panel sheet-metal for a harsh effect; It would certainly cancel out the "Vanilla" feel of a standard window
