aight im itchen for a mod, ima take the back panel off my case and make a new window and put it on the front of my case, and put my window thats on the front panel on the back

I use a dremel... I use a cutting wheel first, then finish up with a grinding tool to smooth it out so it doesn't cut the crap out of my fingies while I'm putting the molding in.

Also, the straighter you cut, the less clean-up work you have to do... Basically, just take it slow. I also found out if you power around corners and edges, it'll make your life easier... my first corner I cut, I had to go back over a couple of times to get the "waves" taken care of 'cause I tried lifting and cutting... just push through it.

Also, if your cut looks a little raw, don't worry about it... just smooth it out as best you can and put a strip of molding on it.

Good luck with it... a real sense of accomplishment when you get it put in and fire up your rig with a cathode... knowin' YOU did it!

I suggest you get some thin (under ½ or ¼ Inch) wire loom and clean up that wiring.
I would suggest Braided Sleeving but its just too damn hard to put on unless you have the time and will to do it.
