Hey all just thought I would take the time to update you all on the latest updates to Poseidon. The water Project I have been enthralled in since the Swiftech arrived at the door. As you will see from the following pics. I got a FrozenCPU.com LLpc60. Yeah another boring Lian-Li right? Well it is a Lian-Li but I had to do a considerable amount of work to fit that big Swiftech radiator in the top under them twin 120's and I managed to route the water tubing quite clean. Also got some wiring tips from ViperZ that seem to have paid off as this has to be the cleanest I have ever had my wiring. Went UV as you can see. And the Prototype CrystalFontz 20x4 display in blue is just well PIMP. Same 634 GK reviewed in Blue. Awesome Functionality. I used to think that LCD's were all gimmick. But man I find myself using mine quite a bit. Even tells me when I got new email, who itÂ’s from etc....
Anyway I put some pics here for you to check and if you have any ideas or comments shout out and let me hear ya. And yes the window is rectangle but itÂ’s not a factory rectangle. ThatÂ’s nice Tribal work in Glitterkills patented style. Insomniac did the window work. Sandblasted a real etch and put the blue reflective clear. Just another copy of Glitterkills design. Shameless but I loved it. Like I said this really does have a few mods. But unfortunately they are all mostly internal. The case is just for clean. And portability. I think I accomplished both. Anyway on to the images.

sweet dw, very sweet........very neat (exept ether use all screws, or all of those nail thing for top grills) and very clean wiring i give it a 10

actually those screws don't match for a reason. The 4 outter screws hold the radiator in the case.

I REALLY like the UV tribals.....Im working on a design for my quad window using the same stuff. (i think) that is so nice looking!

Anybody have a UV CC they care to donate? Im poor!

Those pics look great, D-W! The reactive tribal looks fantastic in the dark. You've also outdone yourself with the wiring and interior clean-up, very tite!

Question, though: what tips do you have for taking high-quality digital pics in the dark? I need to be taking many of those soon, and in the past, I've only ended up with muddy, washed-out pics that I had to take (with the flash off) with low light, instead of NO light.

I don't want to do another disservice to a case of mine by taking ****ty pictures!

Get a tripod, mount the camera on it, and then take the picture using the timer so that you aren't actually touching the camera when the picture is taken.

yes stillness is everything. I just run the flash off. Adjust the room lighting so there is enough for the lens to focus on something correctly. then hold real real still. If your using digital it doesnt hurt to adjust the white level to a darker setting eihier.

That's pretty much the same thing ViperZ said (he of the infra-red thermo-cam pix), so...thanks for the advice, as soon as I get to borrow this camera, you'll have some preview shots!

Did you mod the crystal Fontz display with blue LEDs or do they sell them that way..... just curious as that is my next purchase

love the case, but you need to scrap the oem stamped fan grill!!

No the LCD is coming out soon. Be patient young JEDI. We will announce the day it does. DOnt bother asking them as they arent ready yet. It's stilla secret hahaha

ahh cool, i was sold on the article, the only reason i have not yet purchased is because im moving in two weeks and wanna make sure i live at the place im going to ship it to.. but waiting for the cool blue one will help justify my holding back

so now im mad that you mention the soon to be released blue crystalfontz lcd. now i have to save $70 more to get a blue one when they come out. i hope crystalfontz decides to make EL backlit LCDs or some color changeing backlights like those new car stereos. DO IT BEFORE MATRIX ORBITAL BEATS YOU TO IT!!!
