| Apex Techie Wannabe | I am planning on building a nice wtaer cooled system and I am wondering what is the largest radiator(s) I can fit in this case. How much space is there where the HDD racks are before the PSU? I was thinking of removing them and relocating HDDs to the top bays. Or I was thinking of having a dual 120 rad in the top of the case taking up one of the upper drive bays and blowing out the top. I would appreciate if someone has any detailed inner pics or dimensions of this case, or any similar water cooling mods. Thanks | |

| Is this big enough? Just make a mesh window and mount this puppy on ur side panel and add a couple of fans. http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...ssion%20cooler![]() Wait till a water cooling pimp comes along they will help u. If u want a cheap custom DIY one then ask me. U can also use a heater core which u could get for $16. ![]() | ||

| Apex Techie Wannabe | I was thinking more along the lines of a black ice series radiator... A mesh window would be cool, any examples of how to do a clean install of one? If I mounted the rad in the top drive bay I would make a custom duct that would draw cool air in from outside the case and exhaust through the rads at the top. | |

| You could probably fit a dual 120, or even triple 120mm rad up top. As for the mesh window, that's easy. Get youself some Modders Mesh (http://www.mnpctech.com/moddersmesh.html) from Bill. Then simply cut the window in the side panel and mount it with some double sided tape. Just make sure you leave something of the side panel to mount the rad on. | ||

| These are arrangements of fans that would fit up top. Any heatercore or radiator that would accomodate them should fit. The 1 x 5 - 92s would be tight. 2 x 5 - 80 mm fans = 64,000 mm square 2 x ( 1 x 5 ) - 80 mm fans = 64,000 mm square 1 x 3 - 142 mm fans = 60,492 mm square 1 x 2 - 172 mm fans = 59,168 mm square 1 x 3 - 120 mm fans = 43,200 mm square 1 x 5 - 92 mm fans = 42,320 mm square I think your best bet would be a triple 120 rad up top, a single 120 rad at back, and a single 120 rad at bottom front. Thats 72,000 mm square of rad. | ||
