THe only way to find out is to do it. Does any one know where to get little adapters that go on your hand rounded cables taht take them up to the molex connecter size. All of the comercially rounded cables have em, but i want some to add to my braided ones.

Only problem you might run into is that when you start to braid the cables they will get shorter...

And your rig might want to play barbie dream date instead of half-life2 or something like that, just like Fu3lman...

Sorry, had to add a cheap shot to fu3l.

ANd I agree with feral, you wires will get shorter. So dont do it if you have a full tower case

I saw a link recently and I'll be damned if I can find it again. A dude did some extreme braiding on his PSU cable in order to take up the slack and make the interior neater. It looked pretty good.

He used that square braid style.

Trying to do it with a paper clip, not fun. How much does the tool cost and where can I get it?

For a "pin-pusher" some broken antenna lenghts of the correct size and duct tape works mint... as for cable ends try some of that "tool dip". Tape the ends of the connectors then dip and dry... works good and looks good too.Lotsa colors too.
