Uhh - you're getting a refund with little problem. Guess what - crap breaks in transit. Buy something broken at a lot of stores, they'll grill you to the fifth degree and don't even refund, they give you a replacement after making you drive back and forth 2 times.

NewEgg isn't as cheap as it used to be, but customer service is beyond the call of duty.

Not so bad......Your gonna have to mod it though Just get some regular old super adhesive, like super glue or something. Glue it back together and sand it flat where you glued. Get some bondo and fill in any cracks that are left. Let dry, and sand flat again. Primer, Paint, and Pimp. Best thing about this is you got your cash back and a free case

Get some acrylic tubing and mount it in its place, then screw a hole threw your case and screw it on. Simple fix bro. You could also punch it, or give it a good slap.

ship it to me.... ill find a use for it...thos are just minor problems.

when modding a case, it usually looks broken before its finished anyway.

Save the case, its probably Fedex or UPS that messed up. We had that happen and they gave us another case for free.

If you want to take a chance, you could use some of the hobby glue that you'd usually use with model kits. It's made for bonding all pastic surfaces.

Well you could try Plastruct plastic weld ,it covers many types of plastics .
Personally Id find out what kind of plastic the bezal is made of and use one of the adhesives made specifically for it.
Did you look up your case?it probably says what its made from .
heres the link for plastruct http://www.plastruct.com/Pages/Hobby.html

OK let me get this straight.

1. you chew out newegg for something that broke in shipping...

2. newegg says "ok fine" and sends you a new one free of charge.

how can you complain about this? seriously? ups broke it! bitch to them! hells bells, i HATE ups. they have lost more stuff than usps or fedex combined. I had a server once. a 6U rackmout, it weighed 125 pounds. and somehow they "lost" it.

and the "problems" you had were easily fixed. newegg got the short end of the stick. and the least you can do is tell them tanks for handleing the situation quickly and professionally even though it was upsor the manufacturer's fault.
