noob and a Question

Hey guys this is my first post!!!!

I'm starting my first water cooled project! woot!!! I plan on using a Black Ice Xtreme 2 radiator. As you know this thing is pretty big an its hard to find a home for it in the case. I'm going to build my new rig in a Lian-Li PC-65 case. I need help with the best place to mount the radiator. I'm thinking on top is the easiest but i've read that its not the best for performance, and also I would like to try and keep it hidden.

i think that mounting it near the front would be the best make sure it has good air flow

I would love to mount it in the front but I got the case yesterday and realize that there just isn't enough room for the radiator inside the case. The only place it would fit is inside mounted to the top of the case but I couldn't keep the fans inside also. So now the question is do I mount the radiator inside on the top of the case with the fans on the outside of the case, or just mount both the radiator and the fans on the top outside the case? I think the second of the two would keep the radiator cooler but looks a little ugly sitting on top.
