| Apex Techie Wannabe | This is my first foray into the world of modding. The window is a piece of 8"X10" Lexan, held in place with Super Glue. The grill is made of wire mesh that I took out of a charcoal filter I found at Home Depot. I did all my cutting the my new Dremel. The case is an Antec SLk1650b. I was really surprised at how easily and smootly everything went. It only took me about 3 hours total work time. | |

| Etiquette & English Gentleman | It's a good start - your window edges look good & square, & it's size/shape mean it doesn't show off the drive cages I'm sure you realise there's a whole lot more you can do ... you've come to the right place for help if you want it - here's some bits on sleeving for a start : http://forums.pcapex.com/showthread.php?t=36000 + http://guides.pcapex.com/modding/psu...lish_style.php ![]() | |

| Apex Techie Wannabe | the list of possibilities is almost endless. I was thinking the same thing about not being able to see the drive cages. It definitely isn't finished. I do need to clean up the wires a bit still and I'm going to be upgrading to a 120mm fan in the front and then possibly painting the chassis to compliment the black. | |
