DIE PREMODS....or maybe not

i have always been a person who thinks premods are for noobs who donno how to make thier own cases, and then try to show them off like thier bada$$'s....
i was looking around at cases and relized that some of the nicest cases these days u can only get in premods.....that sucks!
BUT I HAD A THOUGH
theres 2 panels on the case....
take the premod panel and put it on the back and take the other panel and use THAT on for the mod, technically its a premod. but in a way its ur own mod
so even though im against premods to the fullest, the next case i buy will prolly be a premod, and i WONT use that window on the front

I would have to dissagree. the nices cases that ive seen have all been not premods its like looking at a ugly duckling (no not you duck) though you have to look past what it looks like now and look to what your going to do with it... look at some of the cases that mnpctech_guy has modded and what they started as and look where they are now.. its a perfect example.

I think that premods are good, it inspires more people to differentiate from the standard "window rounded cable CC" that you can buy at CompUSA. Most people with premods who haven't done anything to it aren't gonna post at a mod site (like PR)

Who knows, the person that bought the premod might be inspired to make the most mouth-dropping mod ever seen?

If it inspires more people to mod, or people to mod better, I'm all for em.

My thought is this... if you buy a premodded case... mod the crap out of it anyway... with as many different ways to mod a case, no premod is gonna have it all.

When it comes to premods my only problem is when people take credit for mods that they didn't do, that's pretty much my big gripe.

As one who owns a pre-modded case, I totally repect those who do it themselves. They have the time and patience I just do not have at the moment. (Although I do have an plan for an total mod in my head.)
I appreicate the acsthetics and the indivduality reflected in any case, pre-mod or no.
