Default Front Panel Fan Hole Question

I was recently given an old ATX generic Computer case, so naturally I started thinking of ways to mod it. I have my general overall plan and design, but I have one problem/question.

The front Panel to the case has a slight bend/curve to it as part of its design. I want to put a big intake fan there instead, say, a 120 mm or so. If I were to drill a hole in the front, and put the fan in, it just woulden't look that nice because of the frontal curvature. How could I mold a tube, or somthing that would make the front fan look nice and flush, even with the front of the case not being flat?

All suggestions welcome.

Get some tube the size of the fan, mark where it hits the curve and cut it that way. After that you can sand/file it down some more to get it flush. Then its bondo time!

Yep! What he said
Or... you could use one of these http://www.frozencpu.com/duc-02.html (You could also use a speaker tube instead - they have the same design) then put bondo in the gap and shape it to look cool - I did it with a 92mm one on my case:

You could also mount the fan behind the front of the case and drill vent holes in a matrix/grid to allow air flow, not as cool as putting a tube in, but it doesn't require bondo and paint if you don't want to do that much modding.
