Default Making your computer easy to take apart

I plan on building a new computer this spring, and its going to be a microatx, which means i might have to be taking things out to get to other things in my computer......

So having one that easy to take apart would be ideal....is are there any type of hardware that makes taking a computer apart easier?

I'm thinking like....screws that you can take out with your fingers (sticks out a bit)

philips that can bend and get in tight areas.....

Harddrive and CD enclosures that pop out easily.....

anything like that out there?

The Aspire Q-Pack Micro ATX case has a true removeable motherboard tray, that would remove most of the acrobatics your hands would have to go through. There's a removeable hard drive enclosure, which should help too.

Welcome to PR!

mATX are not known for being friendly for assembly/disassembly.
There are a few cases that are better than others though:

Aspire
Silverstone

You can try to build one by yourself, but I have dabbled in mATX cases and I would go with a design similar to these two if I were to build one again.

Here is another review of the Aspire, a nice piece of work! If I might add;

You can use a product like this to make pulling molex connectors easier, especially in tight spaces.

Where were you on my first thread about building a MicroATX computer from scratch?
