| I'm not exactly sure if this is what you wanted, but this is similar to a starter switch. It's a momentary switch with little screw terminals on the end. You basically just make a hole for it, attach the wiring, tighten it, and it's ready to go. I have no idea where it's from, found it lying around in my dad's pile of stuff. ![]() [Note: That was just a shameless plug for my mod ] | ||

| An automotive ignition switch has ON/OFF and momentary for the starter which could work for a reset. I used to hotwire my van when I lost the keys so I know there are three leads, power, on and starter. I dont know about wiring the reset and power switch leads together. anybody got advice? I'd like to try this mod myself, I have a bit of an automotive motif going on my rig. | ||

| Apex Advanced Techie | You could use a regular car ignition switch for on/off. If you just connect the wires to the ground and then to the STARTER position..as long as you didn't hold it forward to long it would work just fine. If you wanted you could wire it so that if you moved it back to the ACCESSORY position it would restart (you would have to turn it back then back the the off position relativly quickly though). It should be pretty easy and cheap if you can find an ignition switch (any old one should work just fine). | |

| Actually, power button as well as reset button has to be momentary. Basically what I used was this http://www.jameco.com/cgi-bin/ncomme...s=503;523;723; | ||
