I ws thinking a space station or shuttle theme would look cool. You could paint in fake metal panneling or tiles etc...

How about break the mold and make a beige case with no personality... modded cases are everywhere these days.

I think a good theme would be wolves... but, I'm a wolf nut. What do you like? How can you implement that into your case?

Stuff your comp into an old busted Grandfather Clock. Use a cool LCD for the actual clock display, see if you can motorized the pendulum? Or do something like stick an hour glass into the bottom front half of your case. Like one of those ones that you can flip around on the axis. A good place to look for ideas would be at one of those Musem Shops they have in malls, and Brookstones, they always have wicked spiffy clacks!

That or do a HG Wells "The Time Machine" mod to it. You could use ideas from the old movie and the new movie for it!

That clock idea doesnt sound too bad. You could do a lot with that. You could cover the case in painted clocks, or with real ones, have them all around your case, Not digital ones, but the old kind, those are the best. You could have a small grandfather clock in the front too! With a plexi covor. Man, now i wanna do somethin like that

you know how people take old mobos and put them all on the outside of there computer?

well i was thinking to buy a whole bunch of pcb and make a case, then put all kinds of chips and caps and things on it.

you can actualy go so far as making them do something such as making a cathode throb (bit-tech) or a ?? i dont know you come up with something.

thats my idea, hope you like it

No, I think you should do the time mod. Or how about a number mod. Or even a pi mod. That would be cool. Paint the first 1000 digits of pi on the case.

when the Abe Lincoln aircraft carrier arrived in San Diego it me made me think, it would be cool to make the old G.I Joe aircraft carrier into a comp. Put some model jets on it... that would be tight

I have seen a lot of cube shaped computers, and was wondering, what about a Borg cube? You could even go so far as to buy small federation ships to attach to the outside of the cube with some kind of acrylic tube and then use different colored LEDs to make it look like the federation ships are firing at the cube or vice-versa? The hardest part would probably be making a nice looking borg cube big enough to fit the computer stuff inside.

Broken Arrow: one of the mods I've always wanted to do was buy a Yeong Yang cube case, cut a lot of intricate designs/paint it, and put green cold cathodes into it to make it into a borg cube. If anyone wants to use that idea, please be my guest, I'd love to see it done.

The military style switches that have started appearing online have given me an idea for a camoflague painted case (desert/jungle/urban camo, whatever floats your boat), with the front of the case designed like a jet fighter ****pit (with the military switches used in a baybus or for lighting). Another idea free for anyone to use.

Do you want to have your PC portable? If not why not integrate it into a nice desk use the drawrs for the drive bays etc, cable management into the legs etc. Just an idea
