I have been looking for a Custom Grill for a casmod, but I'm working on a budget of like 20bucks MAX for a custom Grill. I talked to Chris at CWC and he said he can do grills with the wc, but they usually run 50 to 60 bucks depending on design, (cause of time it takes to get detail)

If any1 here can do a Laser Cut of like a Jokerz Wild Jester with Jester (or Stwjester) Underneath, if U could PM/e-mail me, we can work something out... or direct me to a site that can do it, that would be great.

It's hard to find a site that can do them, since most "Customs" are the same generic ones on every site...

I don't know if anyone here has laser/waterjet cutting tech available. And if you are looking for a truely custom job, check out a couple companies like www.waterjettech.com. You send them the info on what you want and they give you a quote.

Waterjet cutting is not cheap, but it's cheaper than lasercutting.

First off welcome to PimpRig stwjester it is going to be a good one , My friend Thrasher2 should be along soon with his welcome greeting make sure to check out his list of links he post with his welcome. My self i am not sure of anybody that does custom grills but there will be other fellow pimps or pimpets that might be able to help you. Just curious what kind of custom fan grills are you looking for maybe you can find some that are already made unless you already look .

I looked for like 4 hours one night on every site I could find, Not a 1 grill that says Jester or has the Jokerz Wild Joker, and Thanks for the Welcome... I'm getting a new case and It has 2 15cm fans and atleast 1 80mm sidefan, So I want a grill for the side, and I'll make my own dust filter what I wanna do is have a Neongreen LED fan behind it so When it is one It's makes a NeonGreen and black shadow of my name... (Just an Idea) but I talked to Chris from CWC, and he said It's would cost me like 60 bucks, but I've heard people getting lasercuts for 20 to 25 ish... just don't know where

I'm sortof on a tight 400ish buck budget, and I already have a 50 buck case, a 40 buck pwer supply and I need a new mb/proc... My mb now is ok, but my processer is a 2.6 Celeron... and I only have a 9200 vidcard. so that also needs to be upped. Luckily I have 1.5g of RAM, so I'm set in that department...

If any1 knows where I can get a .32 p4 or something for cheap, or any other parts/fans/sleeves for low cost... That would be great...

*Edit* I really like the Ace's High one, but it only comes in a 120MM Grill, and my case I'm going to get only has an 80mm sidefan... So would it be better for me to...

A. Just drill holes in the Case to fit a 120mm grill, even though the fan behind it would only be 80mm, or...
B. Cut out a 120mm hole around the 80mm hole... (How would I do this without a dremel or a Jigsaw?)

If You have EVER used msPaint, You will appreciate how difficult this was. A friend and I worked for almost 4 hours throwing Ideas back and forth and changing things...

What is the diffrence of lazer cut and water jet ?

Can you tell the diffrence ?

Wow I did not know the lazer could cut so many things well.

Material that can be cut with CNC Laser cutting
Lasers work best on materials such as carbon steel or stainless steels. Metals such as aluminum and copper alloys are more difficult to cut by laser due to their ability to reflect the laser light as well as absorb and conduct heat. These materials require more powerful lasers. Some of the materials that can be cut by laser cutting process are mentioned below.

The laser actually burns through the material, sometimes leaving a burn mark around the edge.

A water jet is a high pressure water stream with a mild abrasive added to cut through the surface.

Each cut very well, just depends on the application you need cut.

You would be better in the long run to have the 120 for the fan, improved cooling is allways a plus for any system.

I think so to, since my case only has 2 15cm fans one front intake and one exhaust, I have a feeling I'll need to either add more or get a bigger Side Fan, so heres the case... Any1 have any Ideas on how to/where to put fans for the most effective airflow posible?
