Default Painting the Motherboard?

This is a sorta off question, but I felt that It fit more with case modding than painting.

I saw in |Anonymous|'s "The Definitive List of Links to all things Modding" That a guy had painted his motherboard with an UV reactive clear coat paint. He tested the paint for conductivity and taped off all of the important stuff on his Motherboard, and it appears that it's up and running for him, but I was curious to see if anybody else had done this and had any problems or not. This would be a very cool effect for a case I have lit with UV lights, if it works and doesn't kill your Motherboard.

Painting it isn't such a good idea. You can't garentee that you won't get the paint in some bad places. You can however use a UV marker to trace out all of the data paths on the mobo. Under UV lighting it would kick ass!

Indeed it would like pretty frikin awesome, which is why for the last day or so I've been trying to find some UV markers or Gel pens, but without much luck. I can find some online, but I'd rather not pay $1 for a pen/marker and $8 to ship it. I've called just about every store I can think of (Office Depot, Office Max, Target, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Staples, and a few other smaller craft stores) any other suggestions?

The Main problem is I'm looking for an Orange UV accent, and apparantly orange is much harder to find.

I would've figured that hobby lobby had them. I've seen someone do this mod a couple years back. He painted UV on the heatsink tips, data traces, etc. Anyone remember this?

I dunno if this is what your talking about, but that's pretty similar to what I wanted to do.
