Ok this is my first mod ever and since i dont have enough money for a new lian li case, what would i need to mod this http://tinyurl.com/9gso7 into this http://tinyurl.com/cjzd4, or is it even possible.

you should try and come with some original ideas for the case you got... I do think you can make it look like that lian-li but try and ad some of your personal touches... like a blowhole on the lower left side of the acrilyc window...and cut the grill for that 120mm fan on the side of the case....

well do you have any ideas of what else i could do to make it look better. i was maybe thinking about changing the blue cathodes to red, and either taking out the leds on the front or changing the color. is there a way to move that lcd on the x-dreamer to somewhere else, and maybe changing the cirular thing around it i think it would look better if it were a square something like this http://tinyurl.com/ctfqg , and maybe changine the background color of the lcd too.

I'll change the color on the ccd an led... blue is really over done...(event though my color scheme is green and blue...). red, orange...it all depends on what you can get your hands onto.

If I were you I'll get rid of that usb/sound panel on the front, and maybe cut a circle for an 80mm fan, just like a trubine..... yes i think you should be able to move the temp lcd. maybe do a baybus...

Since its a frairly large window.. do some etching on it.........

Maybe paint all the interior... that always look nice....

amd remenber to keep all of your wiring as clean as possible...

I would definitley recomend cheking the galleries to get ideas and inspiration...

and before you do anythin make sure you check all guides... they are all great for newcomers.....

i made up a diagram in paint of maybe what i want the case to look like when it's done. I was thinking either red or green cathodes but im not at home right now so ill post it when i get back and you guys can tell me what you think. also, i was wondering if there is a way to change the color of an lcd screen, or if it's possible, to change the color of the letters from black to red, and make the background of the lcd black.
