custom-built Acrilyic case diagrams/instructions?

Since I found that acrylic, carbon acrylic, and lexan is pretty dang cheap, I would like to build my own Clear acrylic case. Now for a short list of problems with that:

1) Diagrams... How do these things go together, I should be able to figure that out though.
2) Glue... How do I make the acrylic stick together with the weight of the computer parts on it.
3) Cutting... What grain of jig saw blade, or band saw blade do I use to cut it easily, without cracking or melting the acrylic?

That's it. I would really like to consider making a case with either just plain 1/4 inch thick acrylic or lexan. the "carbon acrylic" is a little too flimsy.

Any advice, tips, links to diagrams would be helpful. Thanks.

I use masking tape when cutting acrylic. Tape up the whole damn thing and it should be ok.

As for sticking the parts together, you can make your own acrylic cement quite easily.
