Just checked this thread from my home computer (I posted the link from my work PC so we're talking completely different systems) and the pic shows up fine. Perhaps their site was down for awhile...working great now, and it's not my imagination because I'm on a totally different system and this isn't cached.

The site, www.8ballshardware.com, is working fine at the moment too.

carbon, by now (my post count might be a clue), I've learned how to post an image link. If the image doesn't show and the site doesn't display, obviously the site is down for maintenance or something. I just copy/paste, you can't really fug THAT up.

Here's the "Before" shot of the case...pretty exciting, huh? Cost me a whole $30 Canadian! Hell, you wouldn't even recognize it anymore. The 2 buttons and 2 LED holes have all been filled in and sanded smooth. I'm putting the power button in the spot where the case badge normally would go (drilled a 7/8" hole and have a cool idea for a button, but still some work to do). That's about all I'm willing to divulge, but it's looking like some preview pics may be taken soon (a week or so). I won't post in the gallery until it's finished, as it's one of my peeves when someone posts a case in the gallery with missing bezels and stuff hanging loose, then 3 days later re-posts "updates". Some things that are taking a lot longer than expected is...well, the case is going to sort of have feet. It'll need feet for the intake vent to work, to clear the floor of the case from the table. The power/reset buttons are taking longer to plan out. I've had other things go wrong that need to be sorted out, too...this project is proof of Murphy's Law.

Apex actually makes quite a few decent-looking generic cases. The latest one in the gallery (the green one) has a pretty cool design, too. Cheap as dirt. Leaves you with lots of money leftover to do mods!
