Default Run LED array off of a 4pin Floppy plug?

I dont use a floppy drive anymore and my X-connect has a cable that has the 2 "big" 4 pin molex connectors and then a small 4pin for a floppy that comes off of it on one cable. I would like a bit more lighting in my case and I was wondering if I could run LED's off the floppy power cord.

Thanks.

Well... I knew black was ground but I've never done any LED arrays or anything before, and I suppose I could have dug up my mobo manual and looked up the voltages. Question though... Since my cable is sleved (x-connect) I cant tell which is which you have any solutions on this?

I guess I learn some thing new from this site everyday. Thanks

you could use a voltage meter. they are not that expensive to buy if you dont have one. also if the plug is nombered the no. 1 pin is 12v and the no. 4 pin is 5v.

Easy bro....check it with a multimeter. The middle two are ground, outer two either 12V or 5V. If you don't have a multimeter, I highly reccommend one, and they only cost about $10. Look for one that has an LED testing function and it will help with that aspect too.

EDIT: Man are those Ducatis fast.
