It really depends on what u want to use the bondo for..... weather ur just filling holes or makeing new designs with some fiberglass... so if u could give us some information on what u want to do.
and u can pretty much pick bondo up at any department store..walmart,canadian tire, prolly even home depot may have some...

"BONDO" is a trade name for Plastic body filler....it is a paste, that uses a creme hardner catylist, that must be mixed thourghly.

It can be tooled prior to setting all the way and once hardned is hard as a rock...

I want to use it to create a custom housing on a bezel for one of these:

They look sweet and I was thinking I would illuminate the bezel with them. If I don't like them on the front (when i test them before I go through all that work ), I can always put them inside.

Am I right in thinking in that when bondo has been applied and hardened you can cut through it with a dremel or a jigsaw?

well im thinknin that ull need to use some fiber glass in what ur trying to do.. and make sure u let it fully dry before u dink around with it....
and Gaji yes u can dremel it... to some extent. but a jigsaw maybe to rough for it.. im thinking it could chip it off or just crack.
