I have Few Questions...

Hiya all

I bought a case to play with so I want to ask you a questions

What is the best tool to cut the side window called?
Does the plastic window have a special names, I looked Google and all I get is a house windows (window frames)
I have a idea, I want to paint the case Black, with gold glitter, so I though to throw some little glitter in the case before I spray, then start spraying, I want to start from the bottom, so it fades upwards, what do you think?

1. Chainsaw
2. Lexan
3. Paint it, throw the glitter on the floor, and roll the case in it.

actual:
1. Jigsaw or Dremel depending on the design
2. Plexiglass or acrylic
3. Look for paint with glitter already in it and fade it up to a solid color.

no seriously the chain saw works really good, check this out

NM i use to have a link to a site that showed you how not to mod a computer (chainsaw, shotgun, axe, etc.)
but i guess it went down

1)Butter knives take too long

2)Cellophane is too thin

3)Rubbing charcoal on it and pasting confetti on it would get messy.

Listen to BA. Those are prime suggestions and the right answers.

Actually, a decent jigsaw is cheaper than a Dremel kit, especially if you factor in the price of several Dremel bits that you will inevitably destroy...
