hi ive attached a pic of my tsunami case im currently modding and i have marked out the circular shape i want to cut out to get rid of the annoying flap on top of case, after cutting it out i will put u channel grommet around it, but then i wanted to put mesh underneath as well but i cant think of a simple way to mount it to bottom without bolting it and the second problem i have thought of is dust as it wud just fall straight into case through the mesh.... any ideas peeps?

All that sounds good, and to tackle the dust question, why not use acrylic with the modders mesh? That would prevent the dust, and could provide some color to the case. What will be the purpose of the hole though? Is it just going to be for looks? Maybe you could construct a handle of some sort for the spot.

the hole is to get rid of the useless flap (as i have taken out the internal usb/audio connectors) and also as i am getting 48cfm 120mm fans (18dba) i have just thought about fitting another 120mm fan on top for more airflow, th eonly thing i am worried about with the mesh is it oxidizing, does applying clearcoat to the mesh stop this from happening, or does encasing it in 2 sheets of plexi stop it?
