Hi all im new to this community and just wanna see wat ideas people got for modding my new case, ive been into computers for a while and especially doin things up i recently did a little bit of modding to my comp i built last year sprayed case silver front bezel n drives red, fitted red led feet, red/amber laser leds, orange and red fans and it looks good but now i wanna start a more serious new project, the hardware ill be getting eventually will be fx-55, corsair 3200xl pro, 6800 ultra pci-e, antec neopower 480watt psu, and various fan controllers and plextor drives..... the case for the new kit is a tsunami dream silver with side window, the color theme i want will be blue ccfls n thumbscrews etc with green uv sleeving and molex connectors on all cables, so far to the case i have taken out the top usb/audio connectors as i wont be needing them and have taken out the side panel alarm switch and the front and rear 120 mm fan holders and fans, i will be cutting out the front and rear 120mm honeycomb and put u-channel sleeving around the holes and grommets for 120mm akasa ailent fans im getting ...................but i want to mod more maybe spraying whole inside of case?, external patterns...anything really yur ideas are all welcome thanks

Well now, it sounds like money is not a factor. Maybe you should have the case gold plated? LOL

No serious, it does sound like you have a bit of work ahead of you already. I do like painting the entire inside of the case. Always beats looking looking at gray metal. If you want to see some cool interior work, check out Project Nautilus. You might also want to consider doing something with the window. If you look around, there are some excellent guides on etching/sandblasting techniques as well as painting, cutting...well, just about everything. Good luck, and happy modding! Welcome to PR!

lol im not rich believe me but a lot of hard saving up is in order to get the bits i want in total for everything £2500, i really want to do something with the top of teh case as i dont like the plastic flap i have there....maybe some sort of film to cover the whole top piece and then the rest of case or maybe cutting out the top of case hmm i wudnt mind doin somthing extravagant with the 92mm blow hole and screw holes i allready have in place with the case maybe a piece of like 92mm tubing coming from the cpu fan straight out the the side 92mm blowhole....

lol seems like im giving other people ideas but id hate for it to go wrong and suggestions always make me feel more positive
