hey everyone, i have a new idea for mod, one that whouldnt be too hard for someone noob like me, anyways...right now i need to find the perfect case. i want one thats just like this:

but i need it to be cheaper cuz i dnt wanna mess up a lian li for nothin....ill do it on a lian li once i know i can do it well. so if anyone knows of a case that looks relly close to this one (kinda boxish, and i DEFINATLY dont want alot goin on...i want it to be plain out like the lian li...but if possible i want the 3.5" bays for floopy to be centered, if not its cool. thanks for anyone who knows a good case for me to start with..(by good i mean cheap =D)

little too much goin on in front. i wanted it plain like the lian li...or one like that one kingwin. id love to jus get the lian li but too much money for something im afraid to mess up...well i guess i could get a little more ballsy with it since some of stuff i wanna do prob wont be that hard...one thing i did wanna do...is kinda like what u use for some stuff, im tryin to think of example......more or less like old cd players...where when u push it in it clicks and pops open, then u push it in to close it. well i wanna do that for the 5.25" bays where im gonna have dvd-rom at.and i wanted to mod it so i fill in where those buttons are for turnin on the comp...i wanted to fill those up so u couldnt notice they were even there, then do that same clicking thing i mentioned above for the 3.5" bay and have my own set of buttons put in there. i basicly want a very stealty/quiet feel to it, make it look like nothins in there and its just a case (minus the acrylic window on side....) and mayb some kind of design on side where acrylic window whould be. from there i wanted to put a couple of 80mm fan holes in the acrylic window, right over where graphics card is for intake, a 120 in back for exaust, 120mm or 2 80mm in front for intake, and 1 80mm or 90mm for exaust on top. i want all the fans to be under 15db, and im gonna get sound damping pads for inside case too. and i wanna get xp90 heatsink with a silent 90mm fan on it that can still pump some good airflow out if i can. and other then that i am open for suggestions on what to do on side pannel....i have no idea how i could work it into a pimp theme though...

if u really want it that quiet....i dont no many fans that do 15db stock unless they hooked to a fan controller, but a good start would be akasa ultra quiet 120mm(18db) / 80mm(20db) fans... a zalman 7700 0r 7000 a good choice for cpu fan and maybe for psu a enermax noisetaker wich has built in fan controller i heard they are near silent, the whole "asif nothing is there case" sounds cool i wud like to see a case that has no buttons to be seen anywere n just looks plain n everything just folds/flips out...... for the side window maybe etch a nvidia/amd logo .....i no u can get seethrough plastic film in diff colors so making a pimpish skin wudnt be hard e.g cut out yellow seethrough n put black seethrough spots on top then encase between to layers of acrylic for a pimpish lepord design

=D i was thinkin of goin silenx fans for it, and i was lookin at the noise taker psu. but im gonna have to use my ocz modstream cuz i dont have money for that noisetaker at the moment (the ocz is pretty silent) and i did want some alaska mats. i wanna get that 7700 zalman too, i hope it fits in my case =D lol well thanks for ideas on makin it pimpish ill look into that and mayb ill give it a shot. oh and does anyone have reccomendations on what i should use to fill the holes up with?
