| I use these (as well as some others ): http://www.thermaltake.com/dcfans/led/bluesmart.htmi haven't been able to find a led fan that pushes more cfm than these (be forewarned: if you plan to run these fans @ full blast, they are loud - i use a fan controller ) | ||

You didn't specify what size or CFM you need, so I'm going to recommend these CoolerMaster Rifle Definitely more hum than whoosh, so these are a nice mid-range fan.

I looked into that since they can generate their own airflow without the use of a moving part. It doesn't look like a good idea to house one in or to close near the case itself. To much voltage bein' thrown around - signal distortions around those contraptions is insane.

| you guys are all way off here. ACRyan is hands down the best way to go! have used all of these fans mentioned above and compaired to the ACRyan line of fans your just shooting in the dark. the CFM to noise ratio is amazing enough, but it's the pitch of there noise thats amazing it's not high, but a lower noise. I mostly notice wind noise and compared to many fans in there bracket thats even suprisingly low. the 120 mm line is simply amazing! for the states go here: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...b7d7bd93c40177 and make sure you look for the ACR in the stock number that lets you know it is definatly the ACRyan fan. if your in the UK head over to ACRyan.com and they have plenty of ways for you to find out where to go. If these fans aren't the best you've ever used I will eat my hat ![]() | ||

| Ohhh, those led fans are definitely pretty I guess it all depends on what you're looking for in a fan, and how you want to run your system. I usually prefer to go with high CFM and a fan controller. That way, i can lower my fan RPM (and noise) while still getting better CFM than a lower CFM fan running at full blast. Other than my CPU and GPU, i don't run any of my fans at full blast, and i get awesome case airflow. But, hey, to each his or her own. ![]() | ||
