Some awesome custom fabrication in this machine. Right up there with G-Gnome's work IMHO

Follow-up...

Just yesterday, Bit-Tech posted the final chapter in the Hypercube mod. Dang, that's sweet. The attention to detail really gets me...

I think that could win any damn modding contest it entered. He should submit it to CPU magazine. They give $1500 gift certificate to people who make it. And a lot of other comp mags and contest do to. I dont think anything can compete with it.

wow, every case on that site is dope! i wonder how they do all that stuff? Major connections with some heavy duty machinery too...

I would imagine there is also quite a bit of money in those cases as well. I asked the guy that did Hypercube how much time and money he had in it. He said he has between 600 and 800 hours in the case and wouldn't disclose how much money. It is a gorgeuos case and I will give him that hands down, but if the thing cost more than $300.00 it's a bit overboard IMHO.

Am I the only person who hates cube cases?

Anyway, that's an amazing mod, nonetheless. I wouldn't be surprised if the money they put into those mods breaks the 1 grand barrier...either that or they work in machine shops or have tools that cost in the thousands.

no you aren't the only one who hates em! i would rather see a case like that with rounded corners, and such, just the thought of cutting my fingers is enough to turn me away from that case!

Just noticed this. That is one sweet mod.....I love how he didn't forget about the peripherals or monitor either. I'm sure it didn't come cheap either, but once you prove yourself, I'm sure having sponsors (notice the WMD mod

) lightens the blow a little. I wish I could go ape**** with the mods, but sadly, by the time I have that option I'm sure I'll be spending my time "modding" something a little bigger.

Some of these guys are in a league of their own.
