CCFL needed

Anyone know where I can get a 4" White CCFL? I've seen almost every color except white, but that's what I really need. Anyone know?

I know that Performance-PCs has 12" whites... They're also very good about emailing potential customers back about special orders. Here's the link for the 12" whites... HERE

How about pulling one out of an old handheld half-page scanner? Worst case senario, of course.

I looked all over and I cannot find a 4" White CCFL.

Is it impossible for you to get a 12"? Case restrictions? etc.?

Case restrictions limit my use of anything bigger than a 4", since it will be placed in my 5 1/4" drive bay. I am using a blue one right now, but it doesn't look right. As far as the EL wire goes, I just don't know if it will be bright enough. But thanks for all the help.

LOL, nope I didn't, I saw ELWireCheap and I didn't click it, it's been a really long couple of weeks for me. School, work, finding a new house, and the Soma's have taken their toll.

if you can go to a frys they have them. most electronic component shops seem to have the bare tubes in 4 inch and 12 inch with a little display. http://www.alltronics.com has them for $6
