Half-turn locking screws

I am not sure what the proper name for these screws are but I am looking for some small ones for my case mod project. Anyone know where to find them or what they are called?
Would a hardware store likely carry them?

Hmm, maybe I should explain a little better (but those are the closest I have found so far).
The ones I am referring to have springs mounted behind the panels they are usually mounted on.
These screws are then placed into mounting holes and turns like half a turn to compress the spring and hold the panel in place.

Edit: Nevermind.... you were right Zennzzo, I just found a different type. Thanks for the info.

As a note, we also used them in the Air Force in service panels on F-16's (And others) so they have been tested for Mach 2+

So I have found out, most of them that I came across were found on aviation related sites.
