Well it occured to me in English class that I drink a lot of Snapple and I have a lot of Snapple caps. So I am thinking of a case mod centered around Snapple. Here are my thoughs:

-Left side window with the Snapple logo engraved
-Right side is covered with Snapple caps so that the Snapple facts can be seen, with holes drilled between the spaces of the caps for light to go through.
-LCD on front with Snapple bottles dancing around, if thats possible.
-Snapple bottles inside in some cerative manner

Anyone have any other ideas? I'm thinking of easy ideas since I will only have access to a dremel for 1 week during christmas. The rest I can do in my appartmen t over here.

For most mods, people toss the yellow LEDs...but for this mod, tons of yellow LEDs would be PERFECT! Lemon-flavored Snapple! I'd consider painting a window with transparent yellow acrylic paint. Too bad they don't really make yellow cold cathodes, but maybe you could find a plain white one. Since it'd have a potentially clear-yellow window, white would set it off nicely. Consider painting it a smooth golden-brown color, the color of iced tea, and maybe use the shape of lemon wedges somewhere in the mods....

use snapple tops for the power and reset buttons

That'd be perfect, then. I guess I've never seen anyone use a yellow CC before; all the more reason to be the trail-blazer!

Yeah I can only bring parts of my case home with me for the holidays so I will have to work fast. All cathodes can be done over here, and I can paint it in school Snapple caps for the buttons is a great idea. I'm gonna keep collecting and in a week or 2 pull together a final list of what will need to be done.
