Hey everybody, i'm new to this forum, seemed pretty cool, and it looks like I can get alot of help around here.
My question is, has anybody ever tried cutting a case with a plasma cutter? And what do you usually use to cut a case?

Plasma torch? A little overboard, don't you think? Although the dremel has served to be a Pimp's best friend, I wouldn't mind seeing the results if you've got a plasma torch.

Most of us dont have plasma cutters, lucky you. I'd think the edges would be all lumpy with the molten metal and all, but then again cases are really thin and you might get a really clean cut. Try it out and tell us how it works!

Yeah i got some ideas, i'm gonna try the plasma sometime, just need to setup a design to cut first, i'll post some pics of the progress, I was also thinking of possibly a frankenstein type of welded case, that had weld beads all over it with kinda of a gun metal color, but we'll see, this is a first for me so wish me luck, and thanks for the welcomes, i'm sure i'll get lots of help around here.
