Talking Santa came to town early and...

he gave me a sweet gift. A Dremel Multi Pro Model 395 with an additional tungsten carbide cutter bit!!! I didn't even ask for a Dremel and I got one from my mom and step dad at his side of the families Christmas gathering. I'm so happy.

That rules man. Im getting ready to break my old dremel out for my first case mod. I used it when i used to mod my golf clubs. Taking the finish off for paiting or doing the swirlly pattern.

Congrats, now go have some fun!

btw: Unless you got these also, get yourself the "reinforced" cutting discs for making your windows cut-outs. Home depot sells them

I got the Dremel MultiPro 4950-02 for about $60 at Wal-Mart. That thing rocks. I used up 3 reinforced discs on a 12x12 window

Amen to that,

listen to the man I know this from experiance, just this last tuesday I had to go to the emergency room (after a full night of pain cuz I didn't know what it was) because I got a metal shard in my eye from cutting my modo tray. They took it out at the hospital, then sent me to the optomitrist to get the RUST STAIN in my cornea buffed out, I knew what it was like to be blind for a couple days cuz it was sooo painful to open my eyes.

But luckiliy , better now,

even if you think it's just gonna be a quick zip, SAFTEY GOGGLES

mnpctech, what's the story behind the new avatar?look's like some sweet tribal work.
trenchcoatangel, did you get to watch the ceiling ripple when the optometrist "modded" your eye with his "dremel"?i went through the same thing a couple years ago when the clutch on a chainsaw detonated.
and i WAS wearing saftey glasses.

Even a pair of good Oakley's or motorcycle glasses would help protect your eyes.
