hah, hey guys.
I just found this site a week or 2 ago, myself have been modding my PCs since 98 with my inwin tower p2 400. Never have I known that there were this many other major geeks out there modding cases. I'll get some pics up of some of my rigs as soon as I can borrow a DC.

Anyways, I just recently got my newest pc case a few weeks ago and was trying to figure out how to mod it up so I crawled around google and found this, and other sites, but most of the other ones have small galleries or want to sell you schtuff.

anyways, without rambling on too much, just want to give props to all the other modders out there now that I know im not alone, ahahah.

A simple look at the NERDS movies will quickly show you how we are definately not nerds. I mean, come on those guys are just sad and pathetic, we infinately cooler than that. A nerd likes something such as "math" or some other boring crap ;p Geeks, well were into cool stuff like computers and technology and powertools and electronics and toys, I dunno about alot of stuff, but dam, being a geek is nice.

Isn't the status of "Nerd" like worse/higher (whatever you want to call it) than the status of "Geek"?

Far as I see it, Nerd pertains to being overly knowledgeable in a useless subject...like school things. Geeks are enthusiasts who might be on the brink of obsession, and are most definitely knwoledgeable in something other than said subject of geekiness (as in, computers/modding in this case...because the whole lot of you have odd jobs and different lives).

But anyway, I'm proud to be a geek...I started realizing it a while back when the usual people I talk to online and in real life know absolutely nothing about what I talk about. *sigh* Oh well...

EDIT: Come to think of it, I could swear Nerd pertains also to physical nature...like being a weak skinny twirp, or a fat comic store owner. Guess that's all up to the interpretation of the Nerds...
