Replacement side panel?

First and foremost, excuse me for being a noob. My first custom rig is just about finished, I had to rma some stuff. My problem is that I got the Antec Super LANBOY case, which is a pretty sweet looking case I have to admit, but I hate the side window. It shows the drive cages way too much. I would need a new side in order to cut a smaller window out of, am I right? Or are there any alternative ways to decrease the window size? Thanks in advance, hope to get pictures up soon.

Finding a replacement part for a specific case is naigh impossible. I lucked out and a drive cage for mine, but i spend months on it... Id be suprised if they make a non-window'd side panel. If you have the means, maybe you could fab one, i dont know how complicated that panel is... Otherwise, you could maybe buy a similar case, if antec makes a non-premod (plain beige or whatever) case with the same dimensions and specs, the side panel may fit.

The side panels are interchangable, so if you used the panel without the window on the left side instead of the right, you could cut the window any shape/size you wanted & have it look very professional.

That leaves the pre-windowed side to deal with on the right side ... I'd suggest removing the window & bolting in a sheet of something else - either get a thin sheet of aluminium & attempt to get a close match to the finish by wire brushing, or you could get an opaque sheet of plexi & light part of it with EL sheet, or clear colourless plexi & paint on the inside of it ...

Just some ideas anyway
