Toggle Switches

I'm building my own fan controller, and I need a number of SPDT on-on or on-off-on switches. The problem is that every electronics store around here seems to be selling them for ~$3 a piece, and I have a personal objection to paying just as much as I would have paid for a premade one.

As AntiM said, AllElectronics is good; sometimes Jameco has some too.

MCM or mouser have that sort of thing for supercheap always. Their business is components, so they'll always have a better price than the sprint/compaq store, i mean radioshack.

$0.29 a DPST at Electronix online same ones are at radioshack for @ 1.50 I think

you can also get DPDT's for 0.59. Pretty good prices, just make sure you buy at least $10.00 worth of stuff.

They got helping hands too, so that covered half the bill.

I have a light switch that turns on 2 blacklights, under-seat lighting everywhere, and a stereo. Next: disco ball.
